Chinese New Year

Back from Australia!!! I was actually in Perth and well, it is really a nice place to rest in and retire in. All shops actually closes at 5pm on weekends and only some places open till 9 on Fridays. The weather is freaking hot and I really regretted bringing so many clothes down there, yeah, blame out weather forecast girl who told us, its going to be at 18. Well, actual fact, the temperature is DOUBLE of that value you just saw. Riiiiight, I am black (not tanned) now.

Yeah, I'll upload the photos soon but before that, check out the new year photos! This year, I bought my camera around and took pictures with the relatives we have been visiting for years! Speaking of which, Australia has no Chinese new year and it all seems like normal days over the other side. The people are friendly, they are always saying their greetings and stuff. Oh, remind me of the first night where we were too noisy at the hotel, one of the guests actually shouted "F**K You!" HAHAHA!!! We were all laughing like mad. I'll upload bit by bit for each day haha in case history repeats itself. Heh...

First Day!

Yup, talking about squeezing for all of us... My siblings and cousins.
The tradition.

Second Day!

Third Day!
Nothing fantastic, head back to work though everyone is still resting and cleared whatever I can. Packed at night.

Fourth Day
Still packing and head for flight! I reached Perth at about 10pm! I guess the photos are pretty self-explanatory. =) KUDOS to my sis for bringing the camera to me on that day else omg, can you imagine travelling without the camera?!?!?!

The first night in Perth.

Fifth Day
King's Park!
There were plenty of picnics going on!

The seagulls!
Lok carefully, haha I think they do not really welcome guys there. =) I think it is funny and we had a good laugh over it. Cockburn Central!

Sixth Day
Feeding the Kangeroos!
The lazy Koalas

Seventh Day
We visited Fremantle Prison and it was really an eye opener.
The cells
The cathedral

These are the few out of the 533 photos! Hahaha and I still have some with my colleagues. Woah, I am fast aye? =)

Have fun everyone, CNY is ending soooon.

Long Overdue...

I just received my parcel today, heng arrr, else I'll have nothing to wear. Yeah, poor planning, I was supposed to fly on the second day of CNY so I just bought one set of clothings. Heee...

This post is going to be all about pictures! Like the title suggests, this is super long overdue! Yup, my graduation pictures which was taken 1.5 years ago by someone who only sent it to us now. I cannot believe time files so fast that I can never catch up with it. We look so happy, yeah, make me go gaga over going back to school again!

Guess who... Heee

Ok, the wrong footwear but comfort is the way! =)
Check out the background! Thats me pouting away! =D I cannot remember what I was doing, but I was caught pouting in a couple of shots. =x
Yeah, all under the stars...
This got to be one of my favourite shots! We look so blissful here like we are never going to get out of school. =( I miss the good old times. That day I was shopping for presents for the X'mas exchange and I came across this:
"The best thing about the good old days is we werent good nor old then."
Awwwwwwwwwww~~~
Then of course, here are some of my turkey pictures...

Beautiful, isnt it? I think I am going to blow this up and put this in my office.

The very grand threatre behind us...
The turkish boys who requested Mr. Ng to take a photo of them.
The ruins

The book finally came!!! I regretted the minute I walked out of the bookstore without the book when I was in Turkey. It was selling at YTL$67 and it was too expensive for me so I came back to Singapore and start sourcing for it, what the... Borders? no! MPH? no! Times? no! Arghhh!!! In the end, PageOne ordered for me! Heee!!!

Yeah, will need to start packing again. =) I've got plenty to tell but I simply have no time. I'll upload more pictures when I come back! Yeah, that is going to burn a super big hole in my pocket when I wash all the photos!

Have fun collecting ang pows, happy new year! =)

Sick and kicking

As the title suggests, I'm down with flu and stuff. Anyhow, will be out later to shop for MD's desk. Bleh, I cant tell why the responsibility is on me but yah, still doing it anyhow.

Just a short note before I go prepare myself. I had just recover from what seems like a fever last night (haha) and I still feel kinda nua now. Its a pity because Mr. Ng's best friend's korean gf came back and we were supposed to have dinner yesterday. Yah, I should have skipped work but I was too kpo to skip the meeting in the morning.

Anyway, some photos for your viewing!

This is when we just reached Istanbul airport. Mr. Ng said I looked like an army boy waiting to be enlisted. Hahaha!!!
In between the two famous mosques in Istanbul, the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque!
Freaking cold outside The Blue mosque!
Galatya Tower with the view of Istanbul behind us!
Thats about all. I am still feeling not well, my throat is killing me and I am feeling nauseous. Well, luckily its the weekends else I really dont know how I am going to function.

By the way, can you imagine how efficient the Australian people are? I dont know if I am sua ku or what but I just applied for visa online and they sent me an sms telling me that the visa has been approved by the Australian Government, almost instantly! Oh my! Ok, maybe there's nothing to hooha about haha but to me, thats definitely something new.

Yup, I'm heading to Australia at the end of the month! Yeah!!! Its another imprints of mine on another part of the world! One of my varsity friends called last night and asked if I will be interested to go to Vietnam during May and I told her I am flying to Australia end of the month. Her comment was that I have been travelling so much ever since I started work and I must be very rich. Kua kua, as a matter of fact, things are on the contrary!

BF: Baby, if we go Venice, can you go anot?
GF: Can...
BF: You got money meh?
GF: YOU asked if I can go mah, of course I CAN but on money issues, MUahaha, YOU HAVE MAH!!!
BF: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GF: =D

Boooohoooo, he always complain that I chi ruan fan! Anyway, Australia is with bosses and colleagues so it will be on my own. Booohoooooo, got to work extra hard liao!

Take care everyone, dont fall sick like I did.
