Bad accident and many other things.
Oh hi, I am so not used to having nothing to do. Heh. =)You see, I still have one last presentation to go in NUS before I kiss NUS good bye and start doing presentation in the real world. Okay, I am graduating real soon. THis is another topic for another day, haha.
I was involved in this bad BAD accident. A couple of you might have already know because I have repeated the story many times. The car is in a wrecked shape. Haiz. Yes, I am fine although I am deeply traumatized by the whole thing. Yes, it affected my driving lessons because I panicked whenever I see motorcyclists. It is so dangerous can. To cut the story short, a motorcyclist fell and a van stopped in time and thus he survived. We stopped in time but this damn lorry from behind rammed us hard from behind. We rushed forward and hit the van. Lorry isnt driving that slowly so you can guess the impact. My shoulder was so painful immediately after the bang and my hand got this blue black which I dont know why. Phobia. I took down pictures because this uncle kept combing his hair although AN ACCIDENT HAS JUST HAPPENED. It tickles me.
HAHAHA. And, seriously I do not understand whats the big thing about lawyers. Two uncles were touting after the accident because they want to tow our car back to their centre, and at the mention of lawyers, they immediately stopped without saying anything. Why? You know I get amazed easily so I was thinking for why that reaction.
I have been busy with ALOT of stuff. We had this little stint in acting for my project and I am responsible for editing the videos. Still abit amateurish. I hope you find it funny. It was soo difficult because we have no lines to read and it was all on the spot. I play this mean female boss you wont want to meet. HAHAHA!!!
Okay, maybe I will show you guys the real thing some other times. =)
These are the shots taken by Mr. Ng when we did the filming. Haha, he was supposed to be the cameraman because we all have a role to play. All of us with the wrong footwear!!! Yeah, see the guys not in boots but all sorts of shoes and the girls, hoho, in sandals and slippers!!! =) And this is me and the supposedly CAmeraman! Finally, all of us in Duane's house. Wah lau, so jealous, I dont know why exactly someone can be that rich. He has his own JAMMING ROOM and a study room decorated like a director's office. His neighbours opposite are sole distributor of hyundai cars and on the left, luxury cars. *Fainted* Yeah, and during our short stay there, you see all the cars outside his house. Bah! I know that house costs around 1.2million because I was involved in this little mini project. Oh, if you are intending to get a unit in Orchard, not landed property but just condo units, prepare at least 5 million and you might be able to get a 2 room unit. =) Thats how expensive.
To build a house, probably 3-4 storey with the swimming pool and super nice furnishings, it is around 8.5 million. Thats exactly the cost of one condo unit in Orchard. Nothing, just for your information. This shows where you stay is really a BIG determining factor.
Okay, I am going off to bed because I have got class tomorrow. Oh yes, my birthday, I will blog about that another time. The girls threw me a belated birthday surprise in Sentosa after class that day. =) Thats a pleasant pleasant surprise. I also had a chocolate overdose that night because ermmmm, I finshed 5 donuts, half of which chocolates flavoured. =x The cake they bought was soooooooo rich in chocolate too, had white chocolate, alll kinds of chocolates!!! These are the March babies. =) Not forgetting a mini get-together at my place. Thats like many others have claimed, a yearly ritual. =) CS even took leave. Ahhh!!! Lucky me. =) XJ came despite the fact that she has a report to write. Oh the other two piggies came after work. Hohoho. I promise I will write more on my birthday ermmm soon enough~ Heh, yeah, I know I promise alot of things, eg. like HOng KOng Trip. Okay!!! =)
Despite having a report to write, XJ had mahjong with us. It was an impromptu decision to play mahjong. None of us has the knack for that but it was fun and I love impromptu decisions!!! Muahaha. This was taken at 5am in the morning when LP's bf is at MOS drawing his will. HAHAHAHAHA!!! OKay, I am going to get killed but you know what, this girl steady lah! She went to pick up the bf later. Super ultra high level of tolerance she has. =)
Okay, I got to go shower and time to sleep. I reckon any minute I spent here undermine my chances of going to school tomorrow. Yeah, this is my last chance of being the nerdy smart kid in the block. Ciaos. Stay safe.
I have never understand what a msn nick can do. I thought it was just pure personal expression and it wasnt going to lead to anything.
=) Ahhh, and I realised today, thats not true. Hahaha, nick goes back to Joanne because there is abit of awkwardness whenever I have to explain my nick, especially to people who I dont really know. But still, quite a fun experience though, at the very minimal, it showed me that people are really reading other people's nick. =)
It's good that people bother to ask and that makes you feel good. =) Thats what technology can do. Thats a paradox because comfortings are supposed to be warm but it came in the cold hard form of technology! I love paradoxes because I am one myself, or rather I perceive myself as one. Hahaha.
This week, I am going to be as busy as a beee beeee beeee! =) Yesterday, I was down at Vivo because, ya, because, then because, ahhh yah then like that. HAHAHAH!!! Yay, the words on the cards were honey sweet, sweeter vis-a-vis to that dessert I have in Sushi Tei. =( No, didnt get anything although I was supposed to go there and choose my birthday present. Mr Ng got two not-blue-tops from ZARA although he was supposed to go there to get his blue shirt. Yah, we've a wedding to attend next Sunday, his best pal is getting married. Nah, not shotgun, it was a planned *gasp* and a rich wedding. His friends are not getting married because of pregnancy but because they are truly in love and they think they are ready for it, as in, this is how I see it.
And I have a question: Do you think it is okay that your child follows your surname? (for the ladies) and do you mind that your wife wants one of your child to take her surname? (for the males). Nope, definitely not the sons since we are in this miserably conservative society but how about your daughter? One of my friends said it is grounds suffice to break up with your girlfriend if she insists in that. (-_-)'" Just what is wrong with that? Okay, I shall stop disgressing and guess what, I woke up one morning and realised I've got diamond dusts on the tip of my fingernails!!! *GASP* Was it there because 22 i leaving and it decide to leave me a pressie???
And oh, I tried to shake them off but they are just stuck!!! The red is of a deeper shade actually and I wonder who is so nice to stuck them on for me because for one manicure operation (I called it an operation is because you have to be confined at one area for 2 hours for one session and it is hardwork with allll the tools below.)
And you know what I don't like about dark colour nail colours? They can never come off completely cleaned, you see, you have to give it a buff or something and it can come off a little but never cleaned like the picture have showed, there's still a stint of red there and then. HORRIBLE.
After I managed to get rid of the diamond dusts, I am so going to give my nails a rest... BEfore that, lets look at 22!!! HAHAHA!!!

Maybe it'll leave when Joanne has messy hair after Wala-Wala-ing in Holland Village. At the mention of that, it reminded me of that lead singer who can really sing and the humourous lyrics that they are coming up with. Thats like sooo cool lah~ =)
No way, I know you can get messy hair if you find yourself in a washing machine but com'on, I am not going into ANY washing machine, my fats can't fit into it. I am not Baby Treveze!
I know I am going to be more vulnerable to wrinkles and fats without 22, I know I am going to slog myself to death because I am graduating soon. My wardrobe is going to change and it doesnt matter that my billabong wallet, which is more expensive than a guess wallet, has to be changed sooon. *Sobs* I like hot pink wallet and I got to change that soon because people might take me as an intern when I am out there working... I'll touch 22 by its nose and look at it tenderly before saying my goodbye sadly just like what Baby Treveze is doing.
Booohooo~ 23 is coming... Farewell party for 22 will officially start tomorrow and last over the weekends although 23 is coming on the Thursday but still, I think I can ask 22 to stay for a while more or if not, I CAN always PRETEND THAT 23 will only come at 12:00am on Sunday. I was supposed to be waddling in some pool in Bintan or Bali, oh well, I guess I can wait for June to come. ;-)
And oh..oh...oh, people are falling in love love love~ =) I supposed it will be an exciting week right?

Oh yes, I havent forget that I was talking about Cao Ge, the guy with a strong vocal voice, his songs are nice nice.
I thought he looked kinda cute cute here. HAHA! All the ones behind are his workers and they are a fierce lot but I think I can understand where they are coming from, with such a busy schedule, he really cannot afford to stay long at one place but helllooo, the NTU students who were organising the event?
Seriously, I know you all have commitments and that organising that doesnt pay you well etc (there is a possbility that they are not paid at all) but HELLLOOO, perhaps you might wanna crash some course on mannerism? Mr. Ng wrote this long email to the organiser and I bet there will be many who will do the same although they are not English teachers. HAHAHAH!!! =x I bet they are going to print his face and stick them outside the auditorium and hunt him down since that day itself, we faced a committee of 6-7 people trying to make us go back to the quene and Mr. Ng, who seems like King Leonidas played by Gerard Butler to me, DIE DIE REFUSED to move back. Hohoho, alll I did was watch!!! HAHAHA, for once I think my assertiveness rubbed onto him and so I was smiling like a dumb dumb idiot and watching him trying to put a fight against the committee. Ahhh yes, he is usually very mild and nice and it was nice standing back and watching a teacher fight for our rights!!! Wait, what was the rights we are supposed to fight for? HAHAHA!!! I can be mild and nice toooo!!! =) Ya ya, believe it or not...
Ok, I've like 30mins more before I find myself glued to the TV. Desperate housewives Season Three is STARTING! I am a super ultra ardent fan of DH and I tell you, I've never missed more than 5 episodes for both Season One and Two and I watched them over and over in Cable!!! Heh... So cooool lah!!! I hope the third season will be as nice!
Anyway, dissertation has been handed up, about 70 pages and 6 chapters in Total. Am I glad that its over? You're asking the obvious. Now, I am stuck in IP (Integrated Project) and this one will last me for a week. So, evidently I am one busy woman because my resume is not even up yet. That kinda question my presence here. =) It is all because of my lovely cousin Grace, hahaha, she said it is so sianz that everytime she's here, she is seeing the same thing. Hohoho. Let's see what I can churn out in 30 minutes. =)
Obviously we have to start with the CNY although it is like abit late. This year CNY is PATHETIC for me because I have to skip the visitings for my damn dissertation. Nonetheless...

Yesterday it was at my house. I have a relatively big family and counting cousins alone, we can easily reach the the number of 15 or more. =)
You have me with one of my cousins, Ah De. HAHAHA! Yeah, everyone goes by "Ah" in my family. Nope, my name is not Ah Jo but Ah Ann, hahaha, occassionally, it becomes Ann Ah, hahaha. I supposed mine is still ok, at least you can recognise from the name that it is me. For some, like Ah Bee, hahaha, if you are outsider, you prolly wont know who. I remember my sis has this name Ah Niao with a high pitch. HAHAHAHAHA!!! =x Okay, I will be killed soon.
10 liao ley... HAHAHAH!!! Okay I went to Cao Ge's concert at NTU too, with fear that my identity will be exposed. HAHAHA!!! NUS kia come taking the placement of one NTU student for the concert! HAHAHA!!! My friend who was there, had to take the floors and he was complaining alot when he realised that I have seats, he ermmm, grumbled quite alot that security was weak!!! HAHAHA!!! Please lah... ... =)
I must say he's good. He has very strong vocal powers and he is very friendly!!! The girls went gaga over him haha and alot of girls melted that day. HAHAHA!!! He is quite good looking in person and he was in white from head to toe. These photos are courtesy from Mr Ng, you know I am sucha shortie, I dont even know where he is although I am like quite near to him. Blame those gaga girls. HAHA.
