conversation between the supervisor and the student
At the Dean's tea,
Student: Hi Dr Prof, I'm Student, do you remember me? I am actually under you for my thesis.
Prof : Ohhh, ermmm... *roll eyes* I havent seen you for quite a while right?
Student: *grins* Yah, since my proposal?
Prof : Wow, okay, thats like more than 6 months!
Student: *Pretend to think deeply* Ermmm, yah I think so... haha
Prof : So you have been very busy and caught up with school work?
Student: Ermmm..Kinda? *feels abit guilty* (thats my first lie) I went for internship during holidays and stuff, yah...
Prof : So how many modules are you taking this semster?
Student: Ermmm *whisper* three
Prof : Oh! So are you caught up with work this semster?
Student: *blatantly* I'm actually quite free. =D
Prof : (Discuss my dissertation with me which all spells you should have come to
me earlier)
Student: Yah yah, I'll schedule an appointment with you soon?
Prof : *Flash out his handphone* I am actually quite free on this Monday and
Tuesday.
Student: (wah piang, so fast!) Ermmm, I dont think I can make it.
Prof : How about the recess week?
Student: Ya ermmm ok. I will email you and confirm with you? Recess week should be fine, I will do some research and reading first. (yah right) I am going off first? Bye bye!!!
Prof : huh? ok. Byebye. Remember to drop me an email.
Awwww...Such a nice professor. =D
